This also happens to be the first photo I’ve ever published of Emerson in color. by Jason Weaver no comments Rute & Marco’s album is a classic matted style book. Lindsey & Doug’s beautiful album came in today. This is another BIG 12×12 inch flush style book with black leather and black interior pages. It also includes Lindsey & Doug’s names subtly embossed onto the cover in a modern typeface and exposed edges to give it that true book look. This book is slick, modern and the perfect size. Enjoy!

Seriously. Gorgeous. Another beautiful album came in today… this time for Sara & Noah. The album is a square format, flush style book by Leather Craftsmen. It has a Black Weave cloth cover, BIG 12×12 inch heavyweight pages, clean white background and over 100 images. You’d have to see this book in person to truly appreciate it, but for now I guess these detail shots will have to do. Thanks Sara & Noah!!! Enjoy…

Love them! Jay and Jay were great! Shari and I are proud to announce the birth of our baby boy, Emerson. He was born on June 15th, 2009. He weighed 8lbs. 7oz. And was 21 inches tall. More pictures to come… Enjoy!!!!!
UPDATE: Emerson is nearly a week now and I am completely inundated with requests for more pictures. So here are two more, taken today (June 21st, 2009). As always…. much more to come!!!

Hi Jay, I’m not really starting a “Book of the Month” section on my blog. But if I were, this book would be an easy pick for the month of May. Periodical Photographs is a collection of timeless portraits and still lifes by photographer Dan Winters. If you love great photography then I seriously recommend you give this book a shot (or at least flip through it at borders next time your there). Enjoy!
