Rute & Marco’s album is a classic matted style book. It has a rich, brown leather cover, library bound style spine, traditional embossing and white mats with black trim liners to make each image jump off the page. With flush and magazine style books gaining so much popularity over recent years there are very few companies making a top quality matted book such as this… Leather Craftsmen is one of those companies. Having been in the bookbinding business for over 60 years, their books have and will last for generations to come… Enjoy!

Lindsey & Doug’s beautiful album came in today. This is another BIG 12×12 inch flush style book with black leather and black interior pages. It also includes Lindsey & Doug’s names subtly embossed onto the cover in a modern typeface and exposed edges to give it that true book look. This book is slick, modern and the perfect size. Enjoy!

Another beautiful album came in today… this time for Sara & Noah. The album is a square format, flush style book by Leather Craftsmen. It has a Black Weave cloth cover, BIG 12×12 inch heavyweight pages, clean white background and over 100 images. You’d have to see this book in person to truly appreciate it, but for now I guess these detail shots will have to do. Thanks Sara & Noah!!! Enjoy…

I’m not really starting a “Book of the Month” section on my blog. But if I were, this book would be an easy pick for the month of May. Periodical Photographs is a collection of timeless portraits and still lifes by photographer Dan Winters. If you love great photography then I seriously recommend you give this book a shot (or at least flip through it at borders next time your there). Enjoy!

Here are a couple of favorites from yesterdays photo shoot with Bruce Plotkin (of Bruce Plotkin Photography). I’ll save some of the others for if I ever need to black mail him for any reason….Enjoy!

Irene & Mike’s Wedding Album came in today and we just had to take a couple of photos of it before we shipped it out. This is a Queensberry album out of New Zealand. It is a horizontal book with a black bangaline cloth cover, natural white mats with black liner and has a small accent photo on the front. Check out the detail shots below… Enjoy!
